SB HEALTHY ME: Oct 8th - Oct 14th



Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Ughhh..I've been eating way too much food!!! We ate out every day for the past week in Branson. Ordered pizza delivery tonight. Going our for Chinese after church tomorrow and out to dinner that evening with dh's family!! 

Monday is going to be a HARD day getting back on the diet plan again!!! I can do it, though, and I will, but I'll be kicking and complaining all the way too!! LOL!!

Yes & no Suzan,
We are doing the track now instead of our loop.
She goes back to the doctore's next week so we'll see what they say.

LOL .. I went walking today & Monday with my friend for 60 minutes each day,
Food has been great as well.
Tons of water as always :smileyhappy:

Thanks, I need some luck to get myself back on track! I've been kind of lazy today about walking (except the bit in the parking lot and around the store, and a few trips up and down the stairs doing laundry), but tomorrow I'll knuckle down and get back to walking on the t'mill every day or outside when it's nice, and I'll get these lazy eating habits in check, too!
