If so, what do you do to make keeping your house clean and organized easier?

Only when I'm overloaded with other things to do and there really just isn't time to clean the house. I just remind myself that there are not enough hours in the day to accomplish everything and I'm not having guests anyway. Then I take 10 minutes to take out the trash/recycling, pre-rinse a few dishes, and clean the toilet. Eventually my life will shift and there will be time for a deep clean. I also remind myself that it will not always be like this. One day I will be able to afford a housekeeper for busy times like this.

The only time housework is stressful for me is when I get a short notice that guests are going to be arriving. Other than that, I can sincerely say that I enjoy cleaning house. I'm very organized - everything has a place and is in its place. I live with 4 dogs and 7 cats in my home, so cleanliness is important to me. The "kids" have their own space for eating and their own large toy box. I have no set 'rules' for cleaning and organization, I just do it. (Make sense? Yes? No?)

I'm learning not to CDO (ocd in it's correct order) over housework.

I highly recommned my housecleaner. At least only the organizing part stresses me now!
