Looks like it's Fall....

At least for a day here, anyway. I live in South Texas, and it's in the 70's today, so naturally, everyone has on a jacket. All I know is that my eyes are still so puffy I am having a hard time focusing on anything for long thanks to my allergies and my body's strange need to freak out when the weather changes. Living so far south, I don't get to enjoy the leaves turning colors, snow days, fires, or shopping for a great new trench coat, but I do get to enjoy watching the birds migrate through here every year and laugh at people wearing ear muffs because it's 50! The cold weather will also bring our beloved "Winter Texans" who will inevitably get sick and come hang out with me at work (I'm an ICU nurse) which means I might actually get to work all of my scheduled days and get a decent paycheck. I need the money to pay my allergist, chiropractor, etc.
How is Fall treating everyone else?
