Hello boardies, I hope all is doing well. I'm doing pretty good. I went to the gym this afternoon, and I plan on going 3 more times this week. My goal is to go 4x a week and I think I can do it. Just have to stay inspiried and motovatitaded.

So what do you have going on this week?

Anyone hitting the gym this week or doing something good for yourself?

I know the feeling. I just decided to make myself go or I wouldn't, and I want to make some changes, so by going I'm working toward my goal, and I can fit a whole lot better into my little black dress.

I can't wait to get it!

I've been going to the gym more. I went 4 times last week and I plan on doing the same next week as well. Walking is always good. I love the weather here too!

Anyone hitting the gym this week or doing something good for yourself? I've been walking in the neighborhood  with the dogs - loving the weather too!

There is a gym at my apartment complex that has been giving me the eye for ages now. I keep saying I'll make it in there and I never do. I really have no excuse. I simply need to just commit to going in there and getting my workout on. There is a park nearby that I'll probably go walking in sometime this week, but that is it for my fitness planning.
