I've not suffered from morning sickness, but our school nurse told me that she's come to find that popsicles help.  She told me if I do get sick, that at the first signs to go ahead and eat one.  Maybe that will be able to help you ladies.  Good luck!

I read on my babycenter.com app that eating protein will help with M/S, and light workouts will too.  I try to walk 20min a day and have been obsessed with eating different quinoa recipes.  It really helps me a lot.  I caved and ate some of my kids' mac n cheese the other night and I was miserable for the rest of the day afterward.  Diet ginger ale helps me too.

I have been feeling mildly nauseated for about a week now, and today was the first time I thought I might actually vomit (at work, no less). I ate a saltine cracker, drank some sips of water and it subsided right away.

We'll see if that continues to work, but I hope so. I have also been trying to eat whole grains and protein, and eat snacks between meals.
