How many ways do you use Wonton Wrappers?

I usually use them baked and flavored as snacks and baked and filled as appetizers. We make a Korean recipe called Mandu where the wonton is filled with a beef filling and fried (DD loves them). I have a recipe that I want to try that bakes the wonton over the side of a 9x9 pan so that it forms a mini taco shape. It is then filled with a mixture of coleslaw, chicken, and a ginger dressing -- to be served as an appetizer. I guess you could fill them with anything though.
