I wasn't able to log into i village on 10/08/10....computer problem
To My Beloved ^Shadow^ on her 2nd Wing Day
I lost a treasured friend two years ago today,
My girl dog who used to lay
Her gentle head upon my knee
And share her silent thoughts with me
She'll come no longer to my call,
Retrieve no more her favorite ball.
A voice far greater than my own
Has called her to HIS golden throne.
And though my eyes are filled with tears,
I thank HIM for the happy years
HE let her spend down here with me
And for her love and loyalty.

I have the feeling your beloved furangel kept you off the your computer on the 8th, so she could focus on you. (our angels work in mysterious ways) She knew you were holding her ever so close.
