I'm pretty much doing all of these with a few exceptions.

I'm thinking of talking to my fav sis-in-law about us not exchanging birthday and Christmas gifts anymore after this year. We both like doing it, we just don't need anymore stuff and it's getting harder and harder to come up with ideas!!

Choose three reasons for living?? Say what?!! LOL!! Ouuu..I'd better come up with some doozies or I guess life just isn't worth living..LOL!! Truth is that I LOVE LIFE, it's so good!!!

I'd go boring nuts if I banned extracurricular activities!! We have cut down on them though as there's just not enough time to do it all!!

I need someone to come over and clear all the crap out of my basement for me!!

Other than these few, I'm doing pretty good!! :womanvery-happy:

After 12 years, I'd tell him he has a week to take what he needs/wants, then you're getting rid of it all! And then, if he still doesn't look at it - get rid of it! (I know, I'm mean, lol)

Good Luck with that idea Thia! Have to laugh as my biggest problem now is gettin gmy 30 yr old to go up to his old bedroom and clear out his stuff... or should I just be honest and say his "crap". As the "stuff" he really loved and wanted is gone with him, just all this crap that he doesn't remember even being up there remains. No time Mom,, but maybe next week. That was 2000 , it's now 2012.

Hey! I'm doing okay in this regard! My small house means I can only keep things that are really important to me (well, okay, there are some things I could get rid of or sell on ebay), and at my age, I tend to do what I want, wear what I like, and do only the things I want to do, with only the people I like - for the most part.  I pay no attention to what celebrities are doing or wearing. The only advice I heed comes from my dh or my dd. I know they have my best interests at heart and would only step in if I was making a serious faux pas.
