Good afternoon.  It has been a busier day but I have been keeping track.

Breakfast:  toasted seseme seed bagel from Tim Hortons with low fat cream cheese, coffee with sweetner = 4 points

Lunch:  WW Orange Seseme Chicken, fresh strawberries = 8 points

Supper:  ?  will have to edit it in :-)

Supper:  DQ original cheese burger and onion rings, diet pepsi (not healthy but at least within my points) = 18 points

Snack:  yogurt = 2 points

Total points today = 32
