I was watching Martha Stewart make marinara today, using a food mill. That is one tool I have wanted since I was making baby food, but have never bought.
Do you have one? I looked them up online, you can get one for as little as $12 or as much as $103 (no thanks).
I'm planning my Christmas list and a food mill might be something my daughter would like; she also wants a grapefruit knife. I hate to admit it, but after Mom died, my daughter and I RAN to the kitchen and tore it to pieces, looking for the grapefruit knife. We never found it. SIGH...

LOL K-roni! You asked me the other day on Radio Memphis google chat it I had a food mill and I said no. Guess what I just found in the kitchen? Yep a tupperware food mill I got as a freebie from my last party! Go figure! Now I just need some things to make with it. Usually i use my moulinex or kenwood blender..... hmmmmm

Hi Shell! I'm glad you dropped in! A food mill is perfect for making baby food. I used a blender to make mine. But you have a while before you will be making baby food!
