Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

I heard there was some changes going on around here....................yikes! Been doing so-so as usual, but at least Ican say that even though its not quite where I'd like to be, am maintaining my weight.

Not much for me as I don't feel really well today, need to rest. I think my knitting lesson starts today between washing the sheers.

I did get a bit of walking done over the weekend. Diet..... well we won't "go there".... LOL
