I'm doing something a little different this week for our group to change things up a little. iVillage has big fitness challenges all of the time, butI'm doing this for just US on this site.It's a mini challenge just for this week only, ends next Sunday Oct 21st. Person with top points is the winner until we do another challenge!
2 Points for every 1 Minute you workout
30 Points for every 1 Day you stay on your eating plan. Each of us are on different plans, just go with what you are doing and stick with it.
5 Points for every tall glass of water you drink
Post your DAILY totals in this tread and we'll total them at the end of the week. ANYONE on here can do this! Its only for a week, no exucesses this time. GOOD LUCK!!! You can DO this!!
