I haven't been doing bad at what I'm eating - but I have been horrible about tracking.   I do hope to do better this week.

Breakfast:   Thin bagel, weight watchers cream cheese, and a banana  (5 points)

Lunch:   Progresso light soup & an apple (4 points)

Dinner:    Left over BBQ chicken (no skin), and peas  (9 points)

Comes to a whopping total of 18 points!   That leaves me 16 for????   I dunno.

Boy, I ate my bagel in the nick of time - as they are now rounding up breakfast taco orders!   :smileyhappy:    I'm happily full for only 5 points thank you very much.

Looks like you are doing great! I have been bad about keeping track of points too. I need to keep track starting today since today is my day to weigh in. 

Breakfast-coffee, 2 nutragrain waffles with sugar free syrup and 2 turkey sausage patties- 9 points

Lunch-?? Left over chili probably- 5 points

Dinner- Spaghetti I think. I should make it and put it in the crockpot so it's warm when we get back from swim. I think I will do that. -13 points

I have 6 points leftover and will add some exercise points as I want to either play racquetball with Robbie and then swim or walk, play racquetball and then swim.
