I haven't been doing bad at what I'm eating - but I have been horrible about tracking. I do hope to do better this week.
Breakfast: Thin bagel, weight watchers cream cheese, and a banana (5 points)
Lunch: Progresso light soup & an apple (4 points)
Dinner: Left over BBQ chicken (no skin), and peas (9 points)
Comes to a whopping total of 18 points! That leaves me 16 for???? I dunno.
