Dinner This Week?

I'm in a dinner slump. Any ideas for the week? My only idea is cheeseburger pie: http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/impossibly-easy-cheeseburger-pie/8c78aa78-c368-40fa-8a88-1654640c7525 Hope to hear your ideas.

I love stuff like that Karol.  Unfortunately, I am in the minority.  My kids are not big casserole or put together kind of kids.  Add not liking soups, stews and chili and I FEEL your slump.

Nothing terribly exciting on the menu this week, but...

Turkey Burgers and sweet potato fries tonight

spaghetti and garlic bread Tuesday, Max has a game and needs his carbs:smileywink:  http://hockeymomdetours.blogspot.com/2010/01/homemade-spaghetti-sauce.html

Oven pancakes and bacon, Claire's request since she's having a friend over (friend's favorite) and they won't have time to eat in the morning before they go to Waterpark of America   http://hockeymomdetours.blogspot.com/2010/01/oven-pancakes.html

We'll probably grab pizza on Thursday because the kids are both doing different MEA things.

Friday, I'm going to do our Benihana dinner.  http://hockeymomdetours.blogspot.com/2010/04/fried-rice.html

No font colors?

Anyway, I'm trying to dig myself out of a cooking slump too, so here goes!

Karol, my family loves the cheeseburger pie.  All three of my kids eat it without complaint, and that's a pretty big feat!  :)

This week I've made beef fajitas with guac and tortillia chips as a side.

Last night we had Indian Curry at my sister's because I had my procedure.  :)

Tonight I'm making Taco Soup...yikes, everything is a little spicy here this week!  :)

I bought stuff to make this:

And this:

Yes, the meal slump has even tempted me back to pinterest!  :)
