Do you sit for long periods of time? According to Health Day News, "U.K. researchers analyzed data from 18 studies that included more than 794,000 people. They found that people who sit for long periods throughout the day have a two-fold increased risk of diabetes, heart disease and death compared to those who don't." more

What do you do to reduce your sitting time?

I try to sit or stand for short periods of time.

Everyday I walk, even if it's ONLY a very short one...

Dishes were done last night, recycle put out this morning, my bed is made, and I am drinking my tea before getting dressed and heading out.

In spite of my physical and mental health issues I am doing this for me, staying "Active" as possible.
