A lot of women wonder if they're tracking O correctly so I found an article that gives a few suggestions on tracking O. There are others, but this is a start. I know there is an Ov watch that is a watch you wear every night and it monitors for release of a certain chemical that occurs about 5 days prior to O. There are also other methods out there, but hopefully these are some good suggestions for those wanting to track O better. If you use another method that isn't on the list feel free to post and suggest it to others.
