Creative dinner ideas

I am hosting a dinner on Saturday with approximately 12 people. The problem is, we are doing it in our RV! I need some creative food ideas that don't take a lot of time or space but are super-yummy. My brain is so tapped coming up with travel plans that I can't think straight. Help!

Is there a chance you can BBQ?
Barbecue would be good. What about vegetable soup with cornbread? Chili? Lasagna? Not high on originality, but easy.

My first thought was a taco bar.... Get those tortilla shells that you just have to warm up in the oven and then have all your fixin's chopped up and out for everyone to make up their own tacos. Tacos are our favorite meal and we have them a lot for birthday meals... in fact, I think we are going to have them for Easter!
You will have to let us know what you decide and how things turned out...
