CP Smothered Pork Steaks

4 (4 oz.) pork tenderloin steaks (cut a 1 lb. tenderloin steak into 4 pieces)
2 lg. onion, quartered and separated
2 lg. green peppers, cut into 3/4" strips
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. Butter Buds
1/2 c. water
1 t. celery salt or garlic salt

Spray crock pot with nonfat cooking spray. Place the pork tenderloin steaks in the bottom of the cooker and top with the onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Mix the Butter Buds, water, and garlic salt together until the Butter Buds are dissolved. Pour over the vegs. Gently toss the vegs. to distribute the seasonings. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or on low for 8 to 9 hours. Arrange pork steaks on a platter. Toss vegs. in the juices before pouring the juice and vegetables over the pork. Serve hot. Makes 4 servings.
