1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Butter or vegetable oil

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Combine flour with remaining dry ingredients. Toss chicken with flour mixture to coat.

This was really good. My only suggestion is to make sure you get the chicken really golden brown. I'm an impatient cook so I didn't brown it long enough so it wasn't crunchy,

I'm going to attempt it this weekend. I'd try it in the morning, but I think it's too much to handle while getting myself, my DH and a 3 month old ready.

Sorry Andi, it's one of those that I think looks great, but haven't had time to do yet.

Has anyone tried this recipe? I am very curious what the finished product is like. I guess I should make it myself to find out, but maybe someone can just tell me ;)
