CP Venison Roast


2 lbs. roast, venison or beef (venison preferred)
1 can beef broth
2 cubes beef bouillon
3 T. red currant jelly
1 1/2 T. Cajun seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
potatoes
carrots
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. warm water


Brown the meat on all sides.
