Bumping this up - don't see why it wouldn't work with a pork roast. It makes great chops.
These were excellent! I used boneless chops and I couldn't even get them out of the crock without them falling apart on me. Definately didn't need a knife, very good!!
I used to do my chicken breasts in the crock similar to this. I only used the Cream of Chicken soup and a package of onion soup mix, with a tad of milk. The broth and gravy mix added to it gave it a little bit of a different taste from my way...MmmmMmm!

Remember about a year ago when i made pork chops in the CP and said they looked peak-ed white and gross?
Okay, I got it now... yeah, without browning, pork hops don't look very appetizing for sure. Sorry about that... my memory is bad. But, I do remember it now... i'm pretty funny, aren't I? ROFL... J/K
