1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
1/2 tsp thyme
2 lb lean beef chunks for stew
2 cups baby carrots
8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
Whisk soup, wine, soup mix, and thyme in crock pot.
