Cheesy Chicken Corn Chowder

2 sm. chicken breasts
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1 c. frozen corn
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded American or cheddar cheese

In medium saucepan, combine chicken, onion, celery and 1 c. water. Bring to boil; reduce heat, simmer covered for 15-20 minutes. Remove chicken, reserving cooking liquid. Chop chicken; return to mixture in saucepan. Stir in soup, corn, milk and cheese. Bring to just boiling, stirring until cheese melts.
