I posted awhile back about a question on how to cook a pork roast in a SC. Well on Easter I cooked my first pork roast but I didn't do it in the slow cooker this time. It came out real good but the only problem was it came out a bit dry, so next time I will base the roast with the gravy.
Just wanted to give an update and thanks so much for the advice. The next one I cook, will be in a slow cooker.
