Sweet and Sour Pork
1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1" pieces
20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup sweet and sour sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Place all ingredients in the order listed above in a greased crock pot.
