French Beef Dip

3 to 4 lb. roast
2 T. yellow mustard
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Place meat in a slow cooker,cover with mustard then sprinkle onion soup on top. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours. When fully cooked, carve into thin slices or shred. Serve with vegetables or as a sandwich. Strain broth and skim fat. Dip or pour juice on French rolls, add mustard and meat. Messy, but delicious.
