Shredded Pork with Mushrooms
Ingredients
3 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into large chunks
2 cans (14.5 ounce each) Hunt's® Stewed Tomatoes, undrained
1 can (6 ounces) Hunt's® Tomato Paste
1 package (.87 ounce) pork gravy mix
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 package (6 ounces) sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions
Combine pork, tomatoes, tomato paste, gravy mix, brown sugar and mushrooms in CROCK-POT(R) slow cooker.
Cover; cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH setting 4 to 6 hours until meat is tender.
