Cheddar and Chive Potato Casserole
2 pounds shredded hash brown potatoes - frozen
1/2 Cup milk
1 1/2 to 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
6oz. Cream Cheese with Chives
Salt
Pepper
Spray crockpot to avoid sticking. Place all ingredients into crock, stir around. Cook on LOW all day (around 7-10 hours) or HIGH for 4-6 hours. You can add meat to this to make it a main meal and/or add bacon.
