CP Swiss Potatoes & Asparagus

Slow Cooker Swiss Potatoes and Asparagus

1 can condensed cream of asparagus soup
8 oz. process Swiss cheese, cut into 1/2" pieces
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
1 package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed (32 oz)
1 pkg. frozen cut asparagus, thawed (10 oz)

Lightly coat a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In the
prepared cooker, stir together soup, cheese and sour cream. Stir in
potatoes. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours. Stir in
asparagus.
