CP Ham and Potato Casserole

2 lbs. cut up leftover ham or 2 lb. center cut ham slice
4 cups thinly sliced peeled potatoes
1 tablespoon minced onion
salt and pepper to taste
1, 10½ oz., can condensed cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup
2 dashes paprika
1 small pkg. grated sharp cheese

Put half of the ham in crock pot. Layer half of the potato slices, then ½ tablespoon onion. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper . Then add ½ can of soup and ½ package of cheese. Repeat process with layering rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle paprika. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or cook on high for 4 hours in the crock pot.
