CP Country Style Pork Ribs & Sauerkraut

2-3 lbs of country style pork ribs (some have bone some do not)
1 can of Sauerkrout (large)
1 tablespoon of mustard seed
1/4 tsp of caraway seed & salt
1/2 tsp pepper (I used white)
1 12 oz can of beer ( I used Bud)
1/4 -1/2 cup water (need enough to cover everything)
Drain sauerkrout place in crock pot , rinse meat off & put in crock pot add all seasonings & poor beer & water over the top cook on low for 6-8 hours
