2 to 3 cups cut up cooked beef
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen hash browns, thawed
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 cup gravy or beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients into crockpot. Cover. Cook on low for
