Cheesy Potato Corn Chowder

Potato Corn Chowder

6-8 Med potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 Med carrot, peeled and diced small
2 Leeks, chopped
1 sm onion chopped
3 stalks celery sliced thin
4 C Chicken Broth
1 t Salt
1 t Pepper
1/2 t Nutmeg
1/2 t Dill weed
1 t Paprika
12 oz can Evaporated Milk
1 C Frozen Corn
2 C Shredded Cheddar (recipe called for 3)

In crock pot cook all but milk, corn and cheese on low for 8-10 hours. Mash potatoes a little and add milk, corn and cheese; stir. Cover and heat on low 1 more hour.
