Country Cabbage Soup


1 pound ground beef
1 clove minced garlic
1 small onion, chopped
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
1/2 medium cabbage, chopped
3 stalks celery, coarsely chopped
2 cups chicken or beef broth
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon salt and pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda

In a large soup pot, brown the ground beef, garlic and onion; drain.

You could use ground turkey or chicken instead of the beef
