Crockpot Italian Chicken & Potatoes
1 pound Chicken breasts without skin
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing mix
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
15 ounces Potatoes -- peeled, sliced or cut into wedges
Put chicken breasts on the bottom of the crockpot.
Put half the salad dressing, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese on
top of the chicken.
Add the potatoes to the top of the mixture - top with the rest of the
salad dressing, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.




To tell you the truth, Christol, I am not sure.... I probably just copied & pasted that.
This does sound good- I am thinking 1/2 cup of the bottled stuff would be enough for 1 pound of chicken... Remember in the crock the sticky chicken where you don''t add any liquid and the chicken makes its own juice??
Just throwing that out there...
