Slow Cooker Southwestern Chicken

3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, frozen
1 pkg. taco seasoning
½ c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives
1 (15 ½ oz.) can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) salsa, any kind
3 T. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese @ room temp., cut into chunks
Shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped scallions
Chopped tomatoes
Sliced black olives
Shredded lettuce
Sour cream

Place all six frozen chicken breasts into the slow cooker, sprinkle with taco seasoning. Add onion, olives, black beans, corn & salsa on top of chicken.

Cook on low for 8-9 hours,or on high for 5-6 hours.

One half hour before serving, (turn heat to high if cooking on low), remove chicken breasts and shred with forks, return to cooker. Stir in chili powder. Place chunked cream cheese on top of chicken mixture, replace top & let melt. Stir in cream cheese right before serving.

Serve with rice, tortillas, tortilla chips or on top of lettuce. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, olives, tomatoes & sour cream.
