Green Beans Caesar
1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs vinegar (I use red wine vinegar)
1 Tbs instant minced onions
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbs dried bread crumbs
2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
1 Tbs melted butter
Paprika
Cut beans into 1" peices & cook (only until crisp). Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Toss beans with olive oil, vinegar, onion, salt, garlic and pepper. Pour into ungreased 1 quart casserole.
Stir bread crumbs, parmesan cheese & butter - sprinkle over beans. Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake uncovered until heated through about 15-20 minutes.

Sounds GREAT!!
I'll probably use "canned" (lol)...but I love the idea of the crumbs and cheese!!

Amy...these were GREAT~!
I used two cans instead of fresh and they came out Soooooooo good!!
My dh says this could substitute for the Green Bean Casserole at Thanksgiving...so that means he Really liked them!
Thanks for posting this recipe.
