REC: Chocolate Muffins

I'm not sure what catagory to put muffins in, so I'll call them a side dish.

Chocolate Muffins

1/2 stick butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
dash salt
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 squares bitter chocolate, melted
1 t. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
