REC: Rice Souffle

Rice Souffle


1 c. cold cooked rice
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. milk
2 T. butter
1 1/2 T. flour
1 t. dry mustard
dash Worcestershire sauce
1 chopped green pepper
3 eggs, seperating the yolks from the whites (stiffly beat the whites)
salt, red pepper, and paprika to taste


Melt butter.
