Stuffed Spinach Loaf

1 lb. Bulk Italian sausage
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. dried basil
1 (1lb) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & well drained
2 c. (8oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

2 c. (8oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
In a skillet, brown the sausage. Drain; sprinkle with salt and basil. Roll out bread
dough to a 13 x 10 inch rectangle. Sprinkle meat on top of dough. Place spinach on top of dough; top w/cheese. Roll up from one of the long sides; seal seams and ends. Using a spatula, carefully place loaf on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350* for 25-30 mins. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves 10
