Rosemary Carrots


1 1/2 lbs. carrots, sliced
1 T. olive oil
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 t. rosemary
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper


In skillet, cook and stir carrots in oil for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
