Swiss Green Beans
4 to 5 cups fresh green beans
4 T. butter
4 t. grated onion
1/2 lbs. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 small green pepper, chopped
2 T. flour
1/2 t.salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 c. sour cream
3 t. sugar
2 c. Swiss cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preheat oven to 350*.
