Crockpot Ham & Potatoes

6 to 8 slices ham
8 to 10 med potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
1 med. onion, peeled & thinly sliced
Salt & Pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of celery or mushroom soup
Paprika

Place 1/2 of ham, potatoes & onions in crock pot. Sprinkle w/ salt & pepper, then grated cheese. Repeat w/ remaining 1/2. Spoon undiluted soup over top.

Made the ham and potatos in the crock yesterday~DH said he couldnt stand the wonderful smell anymore and at about 3:00pm had to delve in. He said that was the best stuff he's had in a long time! MAJOR hit in my family ~ thanks for another great one!!!!

Glad ya'll liked it, Dani.... I made this for a Super Bowl Party back in January and my friend's daughter said it was the best stuff she'd ever tasted.
