This one comes from the Splenda - Recipes -

1 1/2 cusp low fat mayonnaise

1/3 cup SPLENDA granular

2 tsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 1/4 tsp celery seed

3/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

8 cups Classic Cole Slaw Cabbage Mix (1 bag)

Whisk all ingredients except cabbage mix in large bowl. Add cole slaw mix - refrigerate for at least two hours. Mix and serve cold.

This recipe also called for 1/2 cup carrots shredded - I did not include the carrots to help keep carb count lower - I did add about 2 cups shredded RED cabbage about an hour before serving. The 1st time I made this I put the red cabbage in and let it all set overnight - wound up with PINK cole slaw LOL.
