REC: Spinach Quiche

Spinach Quiche<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
spinach, thawed
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
1 medium onion, diced
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste

Butter 10-inch quiche or pie dish. Put spinach in bottom of dish. Add grated
cheese on top. In a separate bowl,
beat together milk, eggs, Bisquick, onion, salt and pepper. Pour on top of
cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
