Cheesy Potatoes

1 2lb bag frozen chunk hash browns

1/2 pint sour cream

1 can undiluted cream of celery/chicken soup

1/2 stick melted margarine (1/4 c)

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups cornflakes - then crush

salt, pepper

Stir potatoes, sour cream, soup, and 1/2 stick melted margarine. Add salt and pepper. Top with cheddar cheese. Mix 2 c corn flakes - then crush and 1/2 stick melted margarine. Put on top. Use a 9 x 13 pan, bake at 350 for 1 hour.
