Spinach Casserole

2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 slice white bread
1 can cream of mushroom soup
garlic salt to taste
2 tablespoons melted butter

Put spinach in colander to thaw; press out all liquid. In large bowl, mix raw spinach, soup, garlic and salt and mayonnaise. Put in 1-1/2 quart casserole. Tear bread into small pieces and spread over top. Add melted butter. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes until heated through.
