Here's another quick and easy recipe, this was my grandmother's and we probably have this every other week, especially in the winter.

Corn casserole

1 stick butter
2 eggs
8 oz sour cream
1 can corn-drained
1 can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy cornbeard

Melt butter, combine all ingredients together and stir well. Bake in greased baking dish, 9x9 is good size. Bake 375 degrees for about 40-45 minutes, until golden brown on top.
