Microwave Potato Bake
4 to 6 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
Salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon)
1/2 cup water
Cover and cook in a microwave dish, on HIGH for about 12 minutes.
1 can of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
Cook on HIGH until hot and bubbly.
