FIESTA BOWL
10 oz box southwestern cooked chicken
16 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
11 oz can Mexicorn, drained
3 tbs Italian salad dressing
6 cups chopped lettuce
In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients until blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place lettuce in 3 serving bowls and divide chicken bean mixture over lettuce.
